What I liked about the coaching with Masoumeh is that she gently guided me to think about areas of my life that I have been completely neglecting. First and foremost Masoumeh and I were and are very good friends, understanding each other without saying a word. Based on this very strong friendship she also coaches me to find work-life-balance. Although over 1000km separate us, we had very poriductive and interesting coaching lessons once a week. When starting the coaching sessions with Masoumeh I was sceptical if it would really help me. But already after our first session I changed my mind. I have to admit that I was a little nervous before we had the first coaching sission since I didnt't know at all what to expect. It was not easy for me to speak openly about my fears, sorrows and weaknesses but Masoumeh eliminated all concerns with her admirable professional attitude. In the course of our coaching sessions she was the perfect mix of an understanding friend and a helpful coach. In a comfortable atmosphrere she made me think about my life in a way that I never did before. And she managed that I realized all positive aspects about myself instead of just pointing them out herself. Her coaching opened my eyes, I see many things differently now - not least myself - and I can enjoy my life a lot more. Without a personal goal I went to the first coaching session and with many reached goals we ended the coaching only half a year later.
