How to eat well for body & planet

At this event I was moderating one of the workshops that should help to raise awareness about where our food actually comes from, how it is processed. The goal was to make the participants question the food they consume and rethink their behavior as a customer.

Workshop for Europe Clubs

The Europe Clubs are an initiative from the Young European Federalists that encourages schools to get involved in discussions about Europe. Each school has their own club. The goal of the workshop is to connect the clubs and set mutual goals.

Workshop for Young European Federalists
The Young European Federalists (JEF) are Austria's biggest and oldest youth organization. It has many member organisations such as the European Youth Parliament (EYP) Austria, AIESAC, AEGEE, Debattierclub, JEB, Smart Academy, JEF Wien, JEF Steiermark and JEF Vorarlberg.
The content of the workshop included teambuilding, goal setting, issue definition and problem solving.

Introduction to Coaching

In this 2-hour-workshop I will gave an insight to what Coaching actually is. I tought the participants basic tools that can be used immediately and answered to all the questions the group has always had about Coaching.
